Package 1A comprises of Residential Buildings, Podium, Car Park and Retail on Plot 1.
The Retail areas are Core and Shell i.e., the works are limited to the Structural work and fully finished exterior enclosure (external façade) including external masonry walls, and unplastered internal partitions.
The remaining spaces other than the Retail areas shall be fully furnished and finished. Indoor and Outdoor Hard and Soft landscape works include infinite edge swimming pool with deck area, water body / fountain, canopy, pergolas, automated irrigation system included in Provisional sum.
