Demolition and modification work on the existing campus; construction of a new campus and auditorium; link bridges to the new campus; and landscaping works. The campus extension acts as a link to both the original campus as well as the hub, providing students with an air-conditioned pathway on level 1 as well as providing more shaded pathways for pedestrians walking through on the ground floor. This proposed extension includes a conferring and examination hall as well as simulation labs, research spaces, a library, group teaching spaces, and offices, as well as support spaces such as F&B outlets.
